Refund and Return Policy for Courses
1. Refund Eligibility:
- Payments can be refunded up to 2 days before the training date.
- Refund requests submitted less than 2 days before the training date will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Request Process:
- Refund requests must be sent via email to courses@techbox-aec.com at least 2 days before the training date to be confirmed.
- The request must include proof of payment, registration details, and the participant’s InstaPay account details for processing the refund.
3. Refund Method:
- All refunds will be processed exclusively via InstaPay to the account provided by the participant in the refund request.
- Participants must ensure their InstaPay account details are accurate. Techbox-AEC will not be responsible for errors due to incorrect account information.
4. Processing Time:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
5. No Refund After Training Start:
- Once the training has started, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
6. Transfer Option:
- Participants who cannot attend the training may transfer their registration to another individual by providing written notice via email at least 2 days before the training date.
7. Partial Attendance:
- Participants who attend only part of the training will not be eligible for a partial refund.
8. Cancellations by Organizer:
- If the training is canceled or rescheduled by Techbox-AEC, participants will be offered the following options:
- A full refund of the registration fee via InstaPay.
- The option to reschedule for a future training date without additional charges.
9. Missed Training Sessions:
- If a participant misses the training without prior notice, the payment is non-refundable and cannot be applied to another session.
10. Payment Disputes:
- Any disputes regarding payments or refunds must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed in accordance with Egyptian law.
11. Legal Compliance:
- This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Law of Egypt (Law No. 181 of 2018) and all related regulations governing consumer rights.
